Procurement channel
Cleansing Balm Sourcing
Share specifications, quantity and destination to request factory quotes. This is an independent sourcing partner. No street address, telephone switchboard or public map pin is published because those details would imply a warehouse or showroom we do not operate.
Contact information
Channel
Work email on the form is the follow-up channel for the same requirement. Phone is optional and is not a dispatch queue.
Hours
Inquiry-review hours for written briefs. Not a same-hour retail counter or installation window.
Social
Social channels are not a substitute for the requirement field. Specs, quantity and destination belong on the form.
Form notes
Name, work email and the procurement requirement field are the fields the endpoint already accepts. Auxiliary product, budget and preference controls, when visible, are merged into that same requirement field at submit. They are not extra backend names. Repeating submit or using the browser back button should not keep an old helper summary in the visible requirement text. If JavaScript is disabled, write budget currency and unit-or-order basis plus supplier preference into the textarea.
- Product specifications: formula form, shade or finish, fill size in ml / fl oz / g, applicator or pack
- Quantity by variant and US destination state or postal code
- Requested delivery or lead time and documents for the quoted item
- Optional budget and supplier preference
Useful checklist language includes INCI identity notes, net contents, viscosity or melt feel, batch-code request for the exact fill, and whether a spatula ships with the jar. Do not treat a retail unit photo as a factory carton price. Continue from inquiry options when a card name is already chosen. No existing quotation is required, and optional budget notes need a currency plus a per-unit or whole-order basis so later readers can parse them.
If the brief mixes a stock formula with a private-label shade change, say which path you want priced. Those are different quotes even when the product family name matches. This desk coordinates the written scope; it does not invent MOQ tables or claim FDA approval for unnamed plants.
